Privacy and personal data

On the website

• No cookies. The site uses no cookies, visitor counters or ad trackers, and loads no external scripts or fonts.
• Forms: the demo form (a demonstration can also be requested there) and the Turkish licence and trial extension forms. What you enter is not stored on the site; it is forwarded to us by e-mail (see below). To send a form you are asked to confirm that you have read this notice and agree that your details are stored by an e-mail service with servers outside Türkiye.
• Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site; Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.

When you write to us by form or e-mail

• The details you send (name, company, e-mail address; optional phone and number of users; the content of your message) are used only to reply to you and for the demo, a demonstration or a quote.
• Messages are delivered through Cloudflare's e-mail service and stored in Google's e-mail service (Gmail); these services have servers outside Türkiye.
• Your details are not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
• Correspondence is kept while the business relationship lasts; invoicing and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax law. On request, records without a legal retention obligation are deleted.

Licence and trial checks by the program

• From version 0.1.46, the program sends only the following to analitikasistan.com to check the licence and the trial period: the licence text (not in the trial), a computer ID, the program's version number and, in the trial, the start date the program knows. The computer ID is derived one-way from the ID Windows assigns to the computer; it cannot be traced back to the computer's name, its user or a person. The licence text carries what we wrote into it when issuing the licence: the licence number, company name, licence type and term; for a single-user licence also the Windows user name the licence is bound to.
• Stored on the website: the licence number with the company name, licence type and end date in the licence, the computer IDs activated with that licence, the first and last activation dates and the program version; for the trial, the computer ID, the trial start date and the first version. The user name in the licence, the IP address, the computer name and e-mail addresses are not stored on the website; no drawing, file or project data is ever sent. For the technical details of the connection, the hosting item above applies.
• With a licence limited to a number of people (usage types 3 and 4, from version 0.1.55), while the program is open it sends the following every 10 minutes to check how many people are working at the same time: the licence text, the computer ID, a random session ID the program creates each time it starts, and the version number. The website keeps only the licence number, the computer ID, the session ID and the time of the last report; session records older than 20 minutes are deleted. The session ID does not identify a person or a computer name.
• Purpose: to keep a licence within its permitted number of computers and to stop the trial from restarting after a reinstall. Records are kept in Cloudflare's data store (its servers may be outside Türkiye). A licence record is deleted automatically one year after the licence ends and a trial record after three years; the record of a perpetual licence is kept while the licence lasts. If your computer changes, or on request, we delete the record. Companies without internet access can activate by e-mail.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to iletisim@analitikasistan.com; you will receive an answer within 30 days at the latest.
